The terms.
Short, because the product is simple: you give us a URL, we query AI engines and your public site, and show you the result. The privacy notice is a separate page and forms part of these terms.
Who we are
Citeshare is operated by Lundra AB, a Swedish limited company, Sollentuna, Sweden. Organisation number: 559302-7716. VAT number: SE559302771601. Contact: the contact form, or by email to hello [at] citeshare.ai. "We", "us" and "Citeshare" mean Lundra AB. "You" means the person or business using the service.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of citeshare.ai, the free Snapshot and the paid Full Audit (together, the "service"). By running a Snapshot or buying a Full Audit you accept them. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you may bind that business.
The service
Snapshot (free)
We read the public website at the URL you give us, write 5 questions a buyer in that category might ask an AI assistant, ask 4 AI engines each question once through their official web-search APIs, and report which sites each answer linked to. We also run 14 deterministic checks on the site. The report is delivered as an unlisted link by email.
Full Audit (paid, one-off)
20 questions, 5 engines, repeated runs (ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity three times; Gemini and Grok once), every saved answer with its links, a CSV of the whole matrix, and a fixes pack of files generated for the audited site (llms.txt, JSON-LD, robots.txt additions, FAQ copy).
What it is not
Engine APIs with web search are a proxy for the consumer apps, and answers vary between runs. Every figure is a frequency over the runs we made. Nothing in a report is a guarantee of how any AI engine will answer anyone, now or later, and nothing we deliver guarantees a change in how your site is cited. The fixes pack is generated text derived from your public site: you are responsible for checking it before you publish it.
Using the service
- You must be 18 or older and give an email address you control; the report link and payment communication go there.
- You may audit any publicly reachable website, including sites you do not own — a Snapshot only reads public pages and asks engines public questions. You must not use the service to harass, defame or interfere with anyone, to probe sites that forbid it, or in breach of any law.
- You must not access the service by automated means, resell it, circumvent its limits, or attempt to extract its prompts, keys or internals.
- Free-tier limits apply and may change: one Snapshot per registrable domain per 30 days, a small number per network per day, and a daily ceiling for everyone. A repeat request within the window returns the existing report.
- Report links are unlisted, not private: anyone who has a link can open that report. Share links deliberately.
Prices and payment
- The Full Audit costs $19 excl. tax — USD 19 excl. tax outside the EU and UK (tax is added at checkout where applicable), EUR 19 incl. VAT in the EU and GBP 16 incl. VAT in the UK. Prices are shown on the site and on the report page before you buy. Where Stripe shows a converted price in your local currency, the converted amount is what you pay.
- Payment is taken through Stripe Managed Payments. For the payment transaction Stripe's Link service acts as merchant of record: your purchase is shown as "Sold through Link", your card statement reads
LINK.COM* CITESHARE LUNDRA, and receipts, invoices and refund notices are sent by Stripe/Link. Stripe calculates, collects and remits any sales tax, VAT or GST due. Stripe's terms for Link apply to the payment; these terms apply to the service itself. We never see your card details. - There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Delivery and the right of withdrawal
The Full Audit starts automatically the moment Stripe confirms payment and normally completes within 15 minutes; the report is delivered by email and on the report page. By buying, you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that, as digital content supplied without a tangible medium, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the audit has started. This does not affect the refund rights below or your statutory rights for a faulty service.
Refunds
Failed audit: full automatic refund
If a Full Audit does not complete — the site could not be read, or more than half of the engine queries failed — we stop, refund the full amount automatically to the original payment method, and email you. Refunds normally reach your card within 5–10 business days. If the automatic refund cannot be made we refund by hand and tell you.
Completed audit
A completed audit is the deliverable: the engine queries cost money to run and are not refundable because you dislike the numbers. If a completed audit is clearly wrong — the wrong site was read, the questions are off-category, the fixes pack is missing — tell us through the contact form within 14 days and we re-run it at no charge or refund it.
Stripe
Because Stripe/Link is merchant of record, you may also request a refund through Link support, and Stripe may issue a refund within 60 days of purchase under its own policy. Refunds include any tax you paid.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as a small, continuously developed product. We may change engines, question counts, checks and features, and may suspend or withdraw the service. We aim for but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We will not change the price or scope of a Full Audit you have already paid for.
Intellectual property
- The site, software, design and name "Citeshare" belong to Lundra AB. You get no rights in them beyond using the service.
- Your report and fixes pack. You may use, copy, modify and publish the report and the fixes pack for the audited site without restriction and without attribution. We keep the right to use aggregated, non-identifying results (for example "N% of audited sites block AI crawlers") to improve and describe the service.
- Third-party output. Engine answers are produced by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and Perplexity systems and quoted for analysis; they are not our statements and we make no claim to them.
Disclaimer and liability
- The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that reports are complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and no warranty about the behaviour of any third-party AI engine.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue or lost data.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Suspension and termination
We may refuse or stop service to anyone who breaches section 04 or whose use threatens the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time; to have your data deleted, see the privacy notice.
Complaints and disputes
- Use the contact form first; we answer within 5 business days and try to resolve any complaint directly.
- Consumers in Sweden who are not satisfied can take a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We take part in ARN proceedings.
- Consumers elsewhere in the EU/EEA can contact the alternative dispute resolution body for their country listed by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. (The EU's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025.)
- These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Otherwise the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version carries a number and effective date at the top; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. Material changes are announced on the site.
